Gary Meek is a lifelong multi-instrumentalist, composer, producer, and recording artist with 7 solo CD’s, appearing on over 200 records, including Herb Alpert, Dave Weckl, Airto Moreira and Flora Purim, Jeff Lorber, Green Day, and Oscar Castro-Neves. Notable album recordings include Live at Ronnie Scott’s with his ensemble Fourth World and Warning the sixth studio album by Green Day. He has toured with Diane Warwick, Al Jarreau, and many others worldwide on saxophones, flute, and keyboards. The Gary Meek Band is a group of the best Central Coast musicians who perform Gary’s original music. The music ranges from funk to fusion, to straight ahead jazz, with lead and harmony vocals.
